The building industry is a complex and constantly evolving sector where many elements must be taken into account to ensure its proper functioning. Since 2006, Syveco has been marketing different ranges for the building sector: valves, plumbing, sanitary, water metering and filtration, etc. These are crucial elements for the management of fluids in the building.

Valves are essentially mechanical devices that control the flow of fluids, such as gases, liquids, fluidised solids, slurries, etc., by opening, closing, or partially obstructing a passage. Our range of valves  for the building industry includes brass ball valves, float valves, gate valves, globe valves, bibcock valves, check valves and Y-strainers. We also offer a range of fittings  suitable for cold and hot water. We supply brass and copper fittings, press piping systems, PE or PER pipe systems, multi-layer pipe systems, distribution manifolds and braided stainless steel flexible hoses. 

Filters installed in your residential drinking water network have the following benefits.

• Elimination of suspended matter (sand, silt, clay, etc.) that clouds the water.
• Removal of limescale deposits that clog pipes, damage household appliances, sanitary equipment, boilers, water heaters and taps.
• Saving electricity by preventing the scaling of electric resistors, water heaters and washing machines.

We offer a wide range of filters for many uses.

• The solo and duo BX and Biplex SX domestic filters by ATLAS FILTRI are designed to remove impurities and limescale from domestic water. They are certified for drinking water. The range includes complete sets, casings, spare cartridges and polyphosphate doses.
• We also offer liquid filtration for domestic and industrial uses branded by CINTROPUR. They are suitable for numerous liquids, including food liquids and drinking water. They protect networks with the filtration of water-suspension solid particles. Precipitation of the largest particles occurs in the lower part of the bowl thanks to the centrifugal propeller. At the same time, the filtering screen provides the final filtration according to the chosen efficiency.
• Manual self-cleaning filters are used at the end of the line in drinking water systems. They remove foreign matter from the water, such as grit, metal flakes, deposits, etc. A backwash cartridge cleaning control provides self-cleaning.

• We supply a range of domestic water filtration and disinfection thanks to UV devices by UV GERMI and CINTROPUR. This is a 100% physical water treatment process that combines filtration and disinfection. It eliminates solid particles in suspension in the water that could interfere with the disinfection and destroys bacteria thanks to the ultraviolet lamp. GERMI REUSE units are exceptionally robust. They can be installed in wet rooms with an aggressive atmosphere and are compatible with seawater and all associated applications. They can also treat wastewater from an autonomous sanitation system for reuse in irrigation.

• Finally, outdoor water filtration outdoor water filtration is suitable for the filtration of water from rivers, ponds and boreholes. We offer a range of complete lamella filters. The filtration system uses fine polypropylene disc filtration technology, which allows for the retention of a large number of solid particles in the micron size range. The disc filters have a long service life with minimal maintenance and cleaning. They are delivered assembled with the filter element and ready to use.
