The DIN cast steel gate valve

Our DIN carbon steel gate valve presents an A216WCB cast steel body and bonnet and is a TRIM 8 PN40 flanged model. Withstanding a maximum pressure of 40 bar and allowing temperatures ranging from -29 °C up to +425 °C, this cast steel gate valve is available in various sizes, from DN50 to DN300. It is face-to-face according to EN 558 series 26 (DIN 3202 series F7).

It also boasts a number of other technical characteristics:

• It is a full-bore valve

• Stem is rising and non-rotating

• Handwheel is fixed and non-rising

• Wedge is one-piece and flexible

• Seat is made of carbon steel with Stellite® Gr.6 

• Graphite packing gland and stainless steel/graphite bonnet gasket

• Painted RAL 7001 grey, 60 µm thickness

• ATEX compliant for Zones 1 & 21, 2 & 22

• CE marked (PED 2014/68/EU)
