Syveco's TTV range
What is the TTV range'
TTV is a worldwide renowned company focused on three major aspects in making its products: design, production, and quality. Continuous technical innovations are key to the brand's valves high reliability. Syveco offers an extended range of concentric butterfly valves made by TTV. We keep DN32-40 to DN600 diameters in stock. Some references are also available depending on factory production time, up to DN2000.
A great variety of materials available
Depending on intended uses, TTV provides concentric butterfly valves made up of a great number of different materials:
- Bodies: GGG50 ductile iron, also called SG iron or nodular cast iron (EN-GJS-500-7), Rilsan coated
- Seats: EPDM, high-temperature EPDM, NBR, white NBR, carboxylated NBR, FKM, silicone, food-grade silicone, or even Teflon®
- Discs: CF8M stainless steel, polished CF8M stainless steel, Teflon® coated stainless steel, EN-GJS-500-7 iron coated with Epoxy or Rilsan, aluminium bronze
Technical characteristics of TTV concentric butterfly valves
TTV concentric butterfly valves do have major technical advantages:
- Lever or manual gear with limit switches or bare shaft above DN300
- Locking device with notched pad
- Square driven stem and ISO 5211 pad for direct mounting of an actuator
- Connections available: PN10/16 or PN25 flanged, ANSI 150
- wafer type or lug type
Moreover, several elements ensure the valves solidity:
- Full crossing stem
- Dovetail seat for perfect retaining
- Disc held by striated stem preventing mechanical slacks
Fields of application
Thanks to the wide variety of materials used to make discs and seats, TTV concentric butterfly valves can be adapted for numerous sensitive and different applications as far as fluids and temperatures are concerned. For instance, they can be used for specific applications such as food products, abrasive and powdery products, marine applications (shipbuilding and offshore construction), or even gas systems.
Certifications
All of TTV butterfly valves are EC certified. Most of them have Bureau Veritas or ABS Marine agreement as well. Some models also have the ACS (French sanitary certificate) and FDA (American Food and Drug Administration) certifications.
