- Unscrew the handle nut using the wrench to remove the handle
- Unlock the gland packing retainer
- Block the ball, then unscrew the gland nut
- Remove the tab washer, the spring washers and the gland bush
- Unscrew the bolts in a crosswise sequence to remove the studs
- Remove the ends
- Take out the seats
- Remove the ball
- Take out the stem
- Remove the stem gaskets
- Take out the gland packing
- The disassembled valve is ready for seal replacement
- Take the new gasket kit
- Take the new stem gaskets and insert them
- Take the new gland packing and insert it
- Put the stem back in place
- Put the gland bush, the spring washers, the tab washer and the gland nut back in place
- Insert the ball
- Block the ball and tighten the gland nut
- Lock the gland packing retainer
- Add the new seats
- Put the ends back in place
- Insert the studs
- Tighten the nuts in a crosswise sequence
- Define the setting of the dynamometric key according to the data sheet
- Tighten with the dynamometric key (crosswise)
- Put the handle back in place
