Syveco offers a number of different devices that are specially dedicated to water distribution. Most of the items in this range are ACS and PZH certified for drinking water.
Tapping bridges
Syveco also offers tapping bridges - also called saddles for service cock valves - with small or large threads, forged steel body, and anti-corrosive epoxy coating. They are suitable for cast iron, cement, Eternit asbestos cement, and PVC pipes. They are used for connection and bypass operations on hydraulic systems. This type of device guarantees that the connection is totally tight.
Air release valves
Air release valves are most of the time employed to control the air inside water distribution pipes. Their bodies are in ductile iron or polyamide-reinforced glass fibre. There are different models available:
- On one hand, single effect automatic valves present an air outlet and a degassing function. This guarantees complete tightness, even at low pressure (from 0.1 bar).
- On the other hand, triple effect automatic valves show different characteristics:
- High flow degassing function
- Air release
- High flow vacuum function in case of a system draining
