With over 145,000m² storage surface and 73,000 items in stock at Thermador Groupe, significant volumes are handled. Our Warehouse team plans, regroups and assigns all products arriving at our warehouse to prepare the orders for our international customers. 

Depending on the destination, some orders require more preparation due to customs clearance, special packaging for bulky products, or environmental constraints. Attentive to new market developments, a new supply chain management tool called ‘’TermAppro’’ helps us with our ‘’zero out of stock’’ strategy and ensures a high-level service and stock security for our customers.

Progress with logistics and shorter delivery times have simply pushed back our borders. Thanks to fluid order processing and stock optimization, 70% of our orders are shipped the same day.

Delivery takes between 2 and 7 days depending on the destination. Express delivery is also available under certain conditions and if specified at the time of order.
