TTV Ductile iron butterfly valve 1141 wafer NF Gas
Reference 1141: TTV gas wafer butterfly valve
Our reference 1141 is a wafer butterfly valve from the TTV range specially intended for gas applications.
It is made up of an EN-GJS-500-7 ductile iron body, RAL 5024 Rilsan-coated (250-300 microns thickness). It is also provided with a stainless-steel disc up to DN100, and an epoxy-coated ductile iron disc for bigger sizes. The removable seat is in a type of NBR specially designed for low-temperature gas. Reference 1141 is available in multiple diameters: DN32-40 to DN200.
Mounted between flanges PN10/16 and class 150 (PN20), this valve tolerates a maximum service pressure of 5 bar (MOP 5 class) and a fluid temperature ranging from -20 °C, which allows use on gas expansion stations, up to +60 °C. It has the NF ROBGAZ certificate and is fitted with a yellow lever, indicating a gas product, with nine positions available and a locking device.
Long neck for isolation, full crossing stem and ISO 5211 mounting pad are the specific technical features added to this wafer butterfly valve.
