Reference 702 three-piece body ISO pad and fire safe ball valve
Our reference 702 is a three-piece body ISO pad and fire safe ball valve.
This type of valve is mainly used in the field of heavy industry such as the chemical and pharmaceutical sectors, petrochemical industries, hydraulic installations, and compressed air systems.
With body in A216WCB carbon steel and PTFE filled with 25% carbon seat, this three-piece body ISO pad and fire safe ball valve offers great creep strength and high temperature resistance. It comes in sizes ranging from ¼'' to 2'' and with different types of connections: threaded BSP or NPT, SW or BW. This valve allows temperatures between -20 °C and +220 °C, and a maximum pressure of 140 bar up to 1'' (100 bar above 1'' 18 bar maximum for steam).
Our reference 702 is also characterised by the following technical specifications:
Full bore
Anti-blowout stem
Antistatic device up to 3/8'', double antistatic device (between body and stem, and between ball and stem) from ½'' to 2''
Three stage gland packing in graphite and 15% Grafoil PTFE for enhanced stem tightness
Handle with locking device
ISO 5211 mounting pad
Fully encapsulated stud bolts/fitted-in struts for robust construction
Fire safe construction with graphite gaskets according to ISO 10497 and API 607 V.6
