Clever electric actuator TCR-C

The TCR-C electric actuators feature a compact design with a 90° operating angle (±2°). They include an ISO 5211 pad and star connection. The ABS plastic enclosure and steel reducing box ensure durability and efficiency. They operate in temperatures from -20°C to +60°C. Duty cycle is S4 (50% operational time), except for TCR20 and TCR40 models which have an S3 duty cycle (85% operational time). Available with torques from 20 Nm to 90 Nm, they support voltages of 95-265V AC/DC, and 24V AC/DC.

The TCR-C clever actuators are designed for actuating ¼ turn valves with torque options of 20 Nm, 50 Nm, or 90 Nm. They feature a smart function that allows the manoeuvring time to be adjustable. This means users can set the speed at which the valve opens or closes, providing precise control over the valve operation. This adjustability is particularly beneficial for applications requiring specific timing and smooth transitions.

The TCR electric actuators come with adjustable limit switches and 2 auxiliary limit switches. They feature thermal protection, a 3D position indicator, a manual override by hex key, and regulated 2-3 W anti-condensation resistor.

These actuators are equipped with an IP67 leak-tightness rating, making them suitable for indoor use and potentially for outdoor use under proper shelter.

Supporting parallel installation, the TCR-N actuators allow multiple units to operate simultaneously, which is crucial for systems requiring synchronized valve movements. Additionally, they offer manual control with a key, providing a necessary override option for maintenance or in case of power failure.
