Quick acting electric actuator TCR-NH

The TCR-NH range is available with torque values from 15 Nm to 110 Nm and supports two different voltages: 95-265V AC/DC, and 24V AC/DC.

The TCR-NH electric actuators feature a compact design with a 90° operating angle (±2°). They include an ISO 5211 pad and star connection. The ABS plastic enclosure and steel reducing box ensure durability and efficiency. They operate in temperatures from -20°C to +60°C. Duty cycle is S4 (50% operational time), except for TCR20 and TCR40 models which have an S3 duty cycle (85% operational time).

The TCR-NH electric actuators are specifically designed for actuating ¼ turn valves with torque options of 15 Nm, 50 Nm, or 110 Nm. These actuators feature a high-speed function, allowing for a rapid 6-second manoeuvre time. Thanks to this function, industrial cycle times can be significantly shortened.

The quarter turn TCR-NH electric actuators come with adjustable limit switches and 2 auxiliary limit switches. They feature thermal protection, a 3D position indicator, and a manual override by hex key. Parallel connection is possible, and they include a regulated 2-3 W anti-condensation resistor.

With an IP67 leak-tightness rating, the TCR-NH actuators are ideal for indoor use and can also be used outdoors under appropriate shelter. 

These actuators support parallel installation, allowing multiple units to operate in unison, which is essential for systems requiring synchronized valve movements. They can also be operated manually using a key, providing a declutching option for maintenance or in the event of a power failure.266 mots
