Stainless steel ball valve 711 3-piece body RF PN40 + ISO pad
Zooming in on the three-piece body flanged valves with ISO pad
Our references 710 and 711 are three-piece body valves with RF PN40 flanges and ISO pad. The former is in A216WCB carbon steel and the latter is made up of CF8M stainless steel. Carbon steel tolerates temperatures comprised between -20 °C and + 220°C, while they range from -30 °C up to +220 °C with stainless steel. The maximum operating pressure goes up to 40 bar (18 bar for steam applications).
These EN 558 series 1 (formerly DIN 32020 F1) three-piece body valves vary from DN15 to DN100 in size. They are mostly used in the chemical and pharmaceutical industries, petrochemical industries, in hydraulic installations, and compressed air systems.
Three-piece body flanged valves with ISO pad have multiple significant technical specificities:
- Full bore
- Anti-blowout stem
- Locking device
- Antistatic device
Moreover, our three-piece valves also offer a great number of advantages:
- Highly efficient seats, in PTFE +50% 316 stainless-steel, for better resistance to creep and high temperatures
- Special 25% Grafoil gland pack reducing frictions and ensuring tightness, with elastic washers for lining wear and tear, and a tab washer to prevent loosening
- Direct mounting valves thanks to the ISO 5211 pad
- The three-piece body simplifies maintenance (for seal changing or cleaning for example)
- Welded plate indicating product number for easier maintenance and full traceability
- Last, TA LUFT certification: ensures enhanced tightness at stem, reducing risks of outward leakage
